Very professional, and courteous. My mother was broke down a couple of miles from the Baptist hospital and Jose with Flex towing has been the best! He was there within 10 minutes to pick up my mom, took her back to the hotel she is staying and is also towing the vehicle back to our hometown which is an hour and half away for a very reasonable price. Omg so yesterday I need a tow. My truck had all four tire flat. And one tire was off. Me not knowing the towing process ( me being a woman, that don't know too much about cars but to drive it! Lol) I was just thinking they could jusy tow it to tire shop no problem. But it was some extra work that had to be performed. Then they was gracious enough to pick up truck from tire repair shop and take it to my dealership. I highly recommend their service. Thanks to the owner/ worker for being patience and professional through the entire process. You guys rock!!!!! Thanks again

Very professional and affordable. The man that helped me was polite, quick, and also careful with my vehicle. I unfortunately did not get his name; but I could see he knew what he was doing. I don't usually rate places; but because of the man who towed my truck today, I give this place a five star.

I called the guy and he was here to help me within 15min and helped me out fast. Very professional and told me everything I needed to do to keep a good charge in my car . Its running very well now. If I ever need a jump in a tight squeeze I'll definitely hit him up. I would recommend him to everyone!
